In order to submit the application to attend the Workshop you are kindly asked to send a short email to the conference Secretariat at

In the email you are kindly asked to write the following info:

1)     Name and affiliation of the participant

2)     Type of presentation you wish to make:  poster, oral, none.

In order to complete the registration process each participant is kindly requested to fill the registration form in the attached file
"personal data form ERICE 2023" and return it back to the Secretariat at WorkshopErice@uniroma1.it

PAYMENT OF THE CONTRIBUTION TO THE WORKSHOP

Each participant will receive the information on the modality to pay the contribution to the Workshop.

Workshop Fee : 1000 Euro

The contribution will cover :
Registration to the Workshop
Accommodation (for the whole period SEPTEMBER 24^th - OCTOBER 1^st, 2023)
All meals (for the whole period SEPTEMBER 24^th - OCTOBER 1^st, 2023)
Social dinner
Excursion
Transfer to and from the local Airports (Trapani or Palermo).

No additional fees are required for the registration to the Summer School
