Teaching 2012-2013 Curriculum in Materials Science

Each PhD student must attend 160 hours in the first year, to be chosen among courses (8 hours/credit, ECTS), courses with laboratory activity (10 hours/ECTS), school and/or conference with high international qualifictaion.

Attendance of the highly qualified school or conference is mandatory, and generally corresponding to half of the whole didactical activity.

Courses can be chosen among lists of:
(i) specific PhD courses;
(ii) Master courses;

Examinations to be overcome before end of Spectember, with score >=27/30.

List of specific PhD courses:
M. Capone, Dottorato “Scuola Volterra”, Sapienza: “Highly-correlated electronic systems and high-temperature superconductors”, 24 hours (3 CFU)
F. Decker, “Si-based photovoltaicc cells, inorganic, organic and hybrid compunds”, 16 hours (2 CFU)
S. Lupi: “Optical properties of highly correlated systems”, 32 hours (4 CFU)
